Saturday Weigh-In

Good Morning! My weigh-in is -3.4 lbs. I think my goal this week is to keep my food diary. I always start out strong on that and by Monday give up. On average you lose twice as much weight if you write it down!

So great - maybe I will post some weight loss weigh-ins...that would require purchasing a scale or going to the gym and using the scale there...

Awesome! I wanna hear your secrets too! I lost a little, but I don't think it counts when you're sick ;)
I know I'll gain it right back when I start eating again...
