Not that great of a week. I only lost 1 lb., for a grand total of 4.4. I didn't follow my goal of writing things down, so we will try that again. Maybe that will help??? But hey, 1 lost is better than 1 gained, right?
Any loss counts!!! Awesome! Where do you write down? I have used sparkpeople.com in the past and am ready to re-activate it! Free, lots of good tools, etc.

I think that's AWESOME. It's a loss...and so it counts. What exactly are you doing for your 'eating' plan?
